Who is responsible?
Selux werftools, Smissebroekstraat 65, 3830 Wellen, Belgium. For questions about your data, contact us at info@selux-tools.com or on +32 496 51 30 53.
Contact form
When you fill in the contact form, we receive your name, your email address, the topic, your message and, if you provide it, your phone number. We only use this data to answer and follow up on your request, for example for a demo or a free one-month trial.
The form is sent via the EmailJS service, which delivers your message to us by email.
Legal basis: your request to be contacted and preparing a possible contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
We keep your message for as long as needed to follow up on your request. If you become a customer, we keep your contact details for the duration of our collaboration.
Leadinfo
We use Leadinfo from Leadinfo B.V. (the Netherlands). Based on the IP address, Leadinfo identifies which company visits our website and which pages are viewed. This tells us which companies are interested in our software.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in knowing which companies are interested in our software (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). You can object to this by emailing info@selux-tools.com.
Google Maps
On the Sewerage page, a Google Maps map shows the municipalities where our software is used. To load this map, your browser connects to Google (Google Ireland Limited), which receives your IP address among other data.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in showing our references on a map (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Cookies
This website itself only places the cookies needed to remember your choices:
- CookieConsent: remembers your choice in the cookie notice, so it does not reappear on every visit. Kept for 150 days.
- selux_locale: remembers the language you choose. Kept for 1 year, and only if you choose a language yourself.
External services such as Leadinfo and Google Maps may use their own cookies or similar techniques. Please refer to their own privacy policies.
Hosting
The website is hosted by Amazon Web Services. As with any website, the server receives technical data such as your IP address and browser type, which are needed to show you the page.
Do we share your data?
We do not sell your data. We only share it with the services mentioned above (EmailJS, our email provider, Leadinfo, Google and Amazon Web Services), and only for the stated purpose. Some of these services may process data outside the European Union; you can find more information in their own privacy policies.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict its processing, object to processing and receive your data in a portable format. Simply email us at info@selux-tools.com. We will respond within one month.
If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority, Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels (www.dataprotectionauthority.be).
